As the latest in Guardian’s dedication to staying at the forefront of industry education, the firm is proud to be the Gold Sponsor of the 2014 3rd IMN Annual Bank & Financial Institutions Special Asset Executive Conference on Real Estate Workouts in Atlanta. Running May 29-30, the Conference will draw over 250 professionals from leading banks and mortgage, real estate, law, investment, and advisory firms, as well as major industry media outlets.

On May 29th, Guardian's Managing Partner Richard Levine will chair a discussion hour on loan sale strategies, answering questions on how to deal with leftover performing and nonperforming loan inventory and pricing to maximize value. "We are excited to present solutions to many of these complex loan portfolio management and disposition issues facing banks and financial institutions of all sizes," said Levine, "Implementing swift and targeted strategies can maximize value out of nonperforming portfolios, better managing their impact on balance sheets. We will also be discussing some new opportunities for banks to better manage and trade TDRs and performing loans."

In addition to participating on two morning panels, Guardian will also be wrapping up the Conference's first day by sponsoring the 5:00 reception, bringing all the stakeholders in real estate workouts together to network. In addition to Richard, Senior Director Josh Finley, Director Lucy Howell and Director Scott Carragher will also be in attendance and at the Guardian booth.
